You are welcome to explore the site and get in touch. Creative work remains with its respective owners. A commissioned project is covered by its own written agreement.
Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the Jötnar Media website. The site presents our studio, capabilities and selected work. By using it, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
Information on the website is general information about the studio. It is not a binding offer, a project quote or a promise of a particular result.
Respect the creative work
The website’s design, text, imagery, films and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. Some work and brand names belong to clients, collaborators or other rights holders.
You may view the site for information and share links to it. Reusing, reproducing, altering or distributing creative assets for another purpose requires permission from the relevant rights holder. A film appearing here does not transfer a licence to use its footage, music or artwork.
Keep the visit constructive
Use the website and its contact form for legitimate purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe restricted systems, bypass safeguards, submit malicious code, impersonate someone else or send unsolicited bulk messages.
If you send project information, you should have permission to share it. Avoid submitting confidential third-party material until suitable project arrangements are in place.
Projects have their own agreement
An enquiry starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a client relationship or commit either side to a project.
Scope, fees, payment schedules, timings, revisions, deliverables, usage rights and any confidentiality obligations should be set out in a separate written project agreement. That agreement governs the commissioned work.
Availability and outside services
We may update, replace or remove content as the studio and its portfolio develop. We aim to keep the website useful, but uninterrupted access and completely error-free information cannot be guaranteed.
Outside links and third-party video players lead to services operated by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Portfolio examples reflect particular projects and do not promise the same outcome for every business.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws that apply to you.
